Sebastian Becker Castellaro is an Associate Programme Officer of the Digitalization and Democracy programme. His work focuses on the impact of technology in democracies worldwide, providing research, policy analysis, and project support.

Dr Yukihiko Hamada manages the Money in Politics (MiP) programme within the Global Programmes Directorate at International IDEA.

Alberto Fernandez Gibaja’s work focuses on issues related with technology and democracy, with a special focus in Asia Pacific and Europe.

His expertise and research covers the key aspects of how technology and democracy relate, both from the regulatory perspective as well as from impact of technology on the state of democracy. He has carried out research, advocacy and technical advice projects globally with these elements included.

Alisa Schaible is an Associate Programme Officer of the Digitalization and Democracy programme. Her work particularly focuses on foreign information manipulation and interference, providing research, multi-stakeholder engagement, and project support.

Oscar Brown is an intern at the Digitalization and Democracy Programme.
